Pricing follows the size of your property.
We do not force you into a big bundle. Pricing is based on these four things, and we send you a quote on WhatsApp.
Number of rooms or units
A 6-room homestay and a 25-room guesthouse are not priced the same.
Extra properties
Your second property onwards is added as an add-on in the same account.

If it fits, we send a monthly invoice. If not, you pay nothing.

Why is pricing not listed on the website?
Pricing depends on your number of rooms, properties, and add-ons. Send us your property details on WhatsApp and we reply with a fitting quote.
What can I try during the 14 days?
Every base plan module, with rooms, rates, and staff accounts set up by the Oumah team. Add-ons can be discussed separately.
What happens after the trial?
If you continue, we send a monthly invoice. If not, you do not pay anything.
Can I add or switch off add-ons later?
Yes. Add-ons are set per property by the Oumah team, whenever you need them.
What if a payment is late?
There is a grace period with in-app reminders. After that, the account becomes read-only. No data is lost and you can still view it.
